Design
Today’s free crochet pattern is the Blossoming Bobble Blanket Pattern, this crochet pattern is worked from the bottom to the top and features the bobble stitch throughout in a cute design. Overall this is an easy crochet pattern, I would class it more suitable for an advanced beginner crocheter if you decide to change colors throughout like I did but if you are doing it all in one color then it’s perfect for a beginner crocheter. The repeating rows are simple to remember so it can be made quite quickly.
To change colors I carry the yarn under the single crochet / bobble rows only so the bobble can easily be changed to a different color. Here is a video to clearly show you how to change colors for the bobbles, I used the very first technique shown in the video so I don’t have too many ends to weave in at the end but you can use whichever technique you prefer as it will give you the same outcome.
