Notes:
- This crochet pattern is worked in rows and turning your blanket over at the end of each row.
- Ch1 at the start of each row does not count as a stitch.
- Repeat what is in between the stars from * to * until the end of the round.
- If you have a ** in your row you need to follow the pattern from * to * across the entire row and then when you get near the end of the row you finish your last repeat at ** because you can no longer complete the entire repeat then follow what it says to do to complete the row.
- Read each row carefully before starting.

BORDER
Scrap yarn was used for this blanket
Here is a simple dc border for your blanket, if you would prefer you can always use your own.
- Join yarn in top right hand corner, ch1 (does not count as a stitch) 1dc in same st.
- 1dc in each stitch across the top of the blanket until you get to the last stitch, work 5dc in last stitch (first corner made).
- Work dc stitches evenly down the left side of the blanket until you get to the first bottom corner, work 5dc in the bottom corner (second corner made).
- 1dc in each stitch across the bottom until you get to the last stitch, work 5dc in last stitch (third corner made).
- Work dc stitches evenly up the right side of the blanket until you get to the beginning dc, work 4dc in the same stitch as the first dc (fourth corner made).
- Join with a slip stitch to beginning dc – Fasten off and weave in ends.
BLOCK
Your crochet blanket can look uneven and may not lay completely flat which is perfectly normal with different stitch designs so it is best to block your blanket.
