Arms – Make 2 – No Need For Stuffing
R1. Cream – 6sc in magic ring (6)
R2. * 2sc in next st, 1sc in next 2sts * (8)
R3-R4. 1sc in each st around (8)
Change to the color purple
R5-R14. 1sc in each st around (8)
Fold arm in half to line the sc stitches up and make 3sc across.
Fasten off leaving a long tail for seaming. Set aside for later.
Headband
R1. Purple – 2dc in magic ring, turn (2)
R2-R3. Ch1, 1dc in each dc across, turn (2)
R4. Ch1, 2dc in each dc across, turn (4)
R5-R6. Ch1, 1dc in each dc across, turn (4)
R7. Ch1, 2dc in first dc, 1dc in each dc across until last dc, 2dc in last dc, turn (6)
R8-R9. Ch1, 1dc in each dc across, turn (6)
R10. Ch1, 2dc in first dc, 1dc in each dc across until last dc, 2dc in last dc, turn (8)
R11-R37. Ch1, 1dc in each dc across, turn (8)

Legs – Make 2 – Stuff As You Go
R1. Purple – 6sc in magic ring (6)

Change to the color cream
R7-R15. 1sc in each st around (10)
Change to the color purple

Fasten off leaving a long tail for seaming for the first leg. For the second leg DO NOT fasten off.
R19. 1sc in next 3sts on second leg, ch3, 1sc in last st made on first leg, 1sc in next 11sts on first leg, ch3, 1sc in second leg next to the last st made on second leg, 1sc in next 8sts – You should now be back at the start of this row (24sts + 6ch sts = 30)
Body – Stuff As You Go After Row 25
R20. Be careful not to miss any stitches on this row – 1sc in next 3sts, 1sc in next 3 chain stitches, 1sc in next 12sts, 1sc in next 3 chain stitches, 1sc in next 9sts (30)
R21. 1sc in each st around (30)
R22. In BLO – 1sc in each st around (30)
R23-R24. 1sc in each st around (30)
Using the long tail from first leg and a yarn needle, bring the long tail through the crotch opening and then securely seam across to close the hole up. Weave in ends and carry on with the rest of the body.
R25. * 1sc in next 3sts, sc2tog * (24)
R26-R28. 1sc in each st around (24)
R29. * 1sc in next 2sts, sc2tog * (18)
R30-R32. 1sc in each st around (18)
R33. * 1sc in next st, sc2tog * (12)
When you finish round 33, 1sc in the next 3sts, your next stitch will now be the first stitch of round 34, now carry on to round 34 as normal.
Head – Stuff As You Go
R34. Cream – 2sc in each st around (24)
R35. * 1sc in next 2sts, 2sc in next st * (32)

R37.-R40. 1sc in each st around (40)
Change to the color brown
R41-R44. 1sc in each st around (40)
Place eyes between rows 38 & 39 with approx 7 sts apart.
R45. 1sc in next 3sts, sc2tog * (32)
R46. * 1sc in next 2sts, sc2tog * (24)
R47. * 1sc in next st, sc2tog * (16)
R48. * sc2tog * (8)
Fasten off leaving a long tail, with a yarn needle weave the tail through the remaining 8sts and pull tight to close hole up, weave in ends.
Skirt
R1. Purple – Locate row 22 on the body where you worked in the BLO, now you will be working in the FLO of this round – Join yarn in any FLO stitch – Ch3 (counts as 1dc) 1dc in same st, ch2, 2dc in same st, skip next st * Work (2dc, ch2, 2dc) in next st, skip next st * Repeat from * to * all the way around, join with a slip stitch to beg dc, slip stitch in to next ch2 space
For rows 2-5 you will only be working in the ch2 spaces skipping all dc stitches in between.
R2-R5. Ch3 (counts as 1dc) 1dc in same ch2 space, ch2, 2dc in same ch2 space, Work (2dc, ch2, 2dc) in each ch2 space around, join with a slip stitch to beg dc, slip stitch in to next ch2 space
Fasten off and weave in ends.
Finishing
- Attach the arms to either side of the body between rows 32-33 by using the long tails and a yarn needle – Weave in all ends.
- Tie the headband around the head and make a knot twice.
- Put a little blusher underneath the eyes.
