Design

Today’s free crochet pattern is the Little Triangles Baby Blanket and was inspired by the basic triangle shape. I really like how this filet crochet baby blanket turned out and it looks so cute and is a great gift for giving to a loved one! The baby blanket is worked in rows by working back and forth until your desired length and is a beginner friendly pattern, once you get the hang of it you won’t probably need to look at the rows to make up the triangles.

The PDF paid version of this pattern features the multiples so you can crochet this blanket in whatever size you would like and in whatever weight yarn that you like, another bonus to the paid pattern is that i have added an extra feature of being able to read the pattern by numbers which makes the pattern even quicker to crochet!

For this baby blanket pattern i used Stylecraft Special Aran which i purchased from LoveCrafts which has an amazing amount of different colors which i absolutely love when choosing yarn for projects. It is made with 100% acrylic yarn and is perfect for making crochet baby blankets like this one.

This yarn is classed as more of a high end acrylic yarn. You will need 856 yards for your baby blanket.

  • 100% acrylic yarn
  • This yarn is machine washable
